FIFA gets tough on drugsSoccer players found guilty of using performance-enhancing drugs or banned substances, face a minimum two-year suspension.
Disclosing this at the weekend, Fifa executive committee member Chuck Blazer says his organisation will comply “on paper” with the World Anti-Doping Agency’s guidelines, however they will allow still allow national soccer associations to reduce bans for special circumstances.
