With all respct to Arrows, uSuthu is th bigger club ..KZN needs a STRONG uSuthu Side ...winning Championships and lots of trophy's Potentialy , this team can get 50 000 supporters in the stadium.. thats TONES of money !! Clive Barker to Be reappointed and Search for new CoachAmazulu FC has reappointed current Amamzulu 1st team coach to the position of Team MAnager. Owing to the clubs changing strategy and goals."we feel he has ofered the club much in the past and both parties have a GREAT respect for each other , however ..by mutual consent.. we feel @ this present moment we'r looking for a diffrent direction technically and off the pitch." said CEO Nahtino Simms Clive has other work comitments and we felt the day to day running of training and player relationship was too much for him right now. Rather his influnce can be used better in a more genaral manner and the Team manager positon is that position.

New Board structure attracts BIG NamesAmazulu's planned Corprate restructuring has attracted attention from several SA BIG wigs in Soccer and Bussiness.AFC is looking to get a number of serious and esxperinced Board members in the restructrd board... Names such as Tokyo Sexwale and Bulelani Ngcuka have been doing the rounds ..other intrested parties include a Natal Sharks Executive Board member , SuperSport Channel and Sail Sports Group who may lend their exspertese and knowledge to the Board .... Close reports say that the names Amazulu is hoping to atract are Mark Fish and Lucas Radebe. Further indications are that Shoes Mosheou has an option @ buying a stake in the club as well ...

Emile Baron agree's to Six Month Loan spell with uSuthu. Part of the deal includes him gaining fitness and regular team action. uSuthu have the option to reknew, subject to Chiefsdecision on wether they will need Him in the second half of the season. The Phefeni Club will pay 1/2 his salary during the loan spell. "Im excited, Il finaly get some regualr action.. I want to prove to the new BB coach that he can pick me and I have a future for 2010." |

well, suppose this is still 2006 ( july) Rowan is still in the country and #1 Goalie @ Club and country ..
so I said its a 6 month loan deal, hence by January 2007, should Rowan want to leave for overseas, Emile will step back into Chiefs 1st team ... Clever neh ..

Even our guys are crossing over ..the kids will grow up liking other teams ..basicly theyr a joke .. 4-0!! We'r sposed to be a reputable club mfethu .. !! uSuthu if they get relagated are FINISHd .. but if things were done PROPERly ..we'd be @least surviibvng in ..say 12th positn , then we build on that Manje my plan was to approah usuthu or anyother club with a rocksolid propasals Ive come up with .. mostl to do with Fans, supporters , marketing , off field PR stuff .. but they all look messed up right now .. We'r negotiating relations with this club, because obviously of our similar colours, but also we awant to align ourselves with winners ... We'r currently discussing such things as a Friendly match, here or in Greece, Player exchange, Managment tutorlige , and looking at their club structure. We could be headed there with a small delegation in december break.. Mike Makaab and Former Kaizer Chiefs Brand Manager Emy Casseletti are bleived to be intergral in brokering this deal ..and are involved in the terms and conditions of this ..currently. "we'r looking at a short to medium term deal, where we can learn as much as possibl form them as we can in the shortest time.., our players will benefit" |

Amazulu Move into their WORLD CLASS TRaining facilityThe upgrade of the existing KwaMashu Community Sports centre and building of an adjacent Club house has been finaly completed.uSuthu's & Kwamashu Councils JOINT 2 year R 41 milion Rand Project .. Amazulu FC Contributed R 10 milion, while the council , sponsors and private investors contributed the balance. The main functions of the Centre are the following. · The functioning of the Amazulu CLOVER Football Academy. · The scientific and comfortable preperation of the proffesional football team. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Facilities: · Hostel accomodation which consists of 27 double rooms, Club restaurant, reception area , bar, TV room, indoor pool, sauna, relax, cleaning services, relax room, cleaning services, play rooms, storage, rooms, conference room. · 4 football grounds, two of which have lighting. · Football ground with atrificial grass for special preperation and treatment. · Fully equipped gymnasium and physiotherapy room, fully equipped dressing room for the professional team and one for the Academy. · CLUB Offices. · Building for the relaxation of the proffesional football players (TV room, Games room, relax rooms). · Helicopter pad.
