Platinum Play-Offs

Who will make it to the PSL?

I think Benoni Premier Utd will surprise many people by winning the playoffs. it will be unfair if Bush Bucks come back
My_name_is_Earl

i think this whole playoffs fiasco is unfair, if you out you should be out! should bush bucks go back then evry other team in mvela have worked for nothing...

as for who, benoni came short last time and they should get a chance of top flight football this time arnd... hope they don't sell the status weeks after they get in!

Vasco da Gama beat Bush Bucks 2-0 in the first leg of the Mvela Golden League Platinum Play-Offs on Saturday evening at the Absa Stadium in East London.

justice is about to be done. Vasco must just hang on to that lead

Godfrey Mokoena scored a brace to help a ten-man Benoni Premier United outfit beat City Pillars 3-1 in their Mvela Platinum play-off match at Bidvest Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

and what happened in that Tshepo Masilela red card. i hear other people saying it was harsh. i didn't watch the game
VHAMBLIDINHO

its the second leg this weekend. and Benoni Premier United are already concerned about the absence of Tsepo Masilela. i belive they can hang on to that lead even without him. an away goal will be very important for them

Premier United won 1-0 against City Pillars to book a place in the Final. Vasco and Bush Bucks will play tomorrow. I want Vasco to win Razz

Bush bucks must just go down. they dont do anything for the whole season. the only thing they did was to stop us from winning the league twice Mad

i agree with you man. they are much better as compared to some psl teams

Well, bush bucks were thrashed 4-1 on aggregate by Vasco da Gama. a further proof that they dont belong to the PSL. congradulations and good luck to the finalists
DGT

they really deserve to go down after their poor performance yesterday. they might even go down to Vodacom league.... mark my words

good luck to the finalists. i hope Premier United goes through. how is the final. is't first leg/second leg or it's just a one game off?

Benoni Premier United and Vasco da Gama played to a 0-0 draw in a Mvela Golden League Platinum Play-Off final (First-Leg) played at the BidVest Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

the objective behind the play-off was a good one: to ensure the second team joing the PSL (or remaining) is one that can compete, especially if it is one coming up. however, we all unanimously reject the notion of a PSL relegatee having a back door back to the PSL, especially after earning millions during the season.

Benoni Premier United’s director Makhosini Ndlovu says there is no cause for panic even though his Gauteng team did not benefit from their Mvela Platinum play-off final against Vasco da Gama at Bidvest Stadium recently.

United, who were favourites to win the promotion to the PSL, dominated the game as they created more chances but the poor finishing let them down and the game ended in a goalless draw.

Benoni Premier United won promotion to the Castle Premiership after they beat Vasco da Gama 1-0 in the second leg of the Platinum play-off final at the Bellville Stadium on Sunday.

The first leg ended goalless at the Bidvest Stadium last week.

Skipper July Mahlangu scored the only goal of the game three minutes before the end to hand the Benoni side a deserved victory.

Congrats to them. they deserve to play in the PSL.
