I have heard a lot of theories about this. some say it is good and others claim it is bad. some even say it only boost the performance for ladies.

what do you know or believe in?

well for me .. Im not really a player or anything ...

but If I had to play Ball after a sesion...

If I go 1 round ... YEha I can have a bit of a refreshing boost and be relaxed enough to be calm on the field ...

but 2 rounds ... HEll nah , Im too relaxed then and i need to rest ( be at half tempo) for a few hours ...

Ronaldo once sed he had sex with his (x) wife b4 games ..only that SHE did the work for him and he'd relax there on the bed ...

thats one way of doingit ...

i have done it b4 and the results were not so good. the team was counting on me to deliver the goods but they ended up replacing me at half time. I don't know if you do it Ronaldo's way.

It is a very good thin, even when u go 2 work. It is very good in the morning, only one round u feel good the hole day. another rounds after work.

All this is myth. sex before a game wont do anything for your performance. i think the closest thing to sense spoken on this was by Neil Tovey who said it was where and how you went about it that might affect you, such as staying out late and engaging in marathon sex sessions till 06h00 maybe. but normal sex with your girlfriend / wife is not an issue, hell even with your skelm, i belive.
